A slight deviation from our normal dilemma in that this one considered the role of a supervisor and the decisions that colleagues in this important role face. The dilemma generated a clear path of action with the majority having a clear idea of how they would handle this....those that took part also totally ignored one of the options. In the age in which we live boundaries can feel very fluid and unsafe at times and this shows how as therapists it is important that we maintain confidentiality in all its forms.
