This dilemma is very much a reality, with fewer and fewer childcare services available. How we work with the client in a space that is therapeutic and useful to her, and as one person pointed out, ensutring that her baby has their needs met all play into the decision making process.  In our survey only three options were chosen, showing some really strong ethical boundaries when it comes to the decision  making process.
